O R D E R:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.10,350/-
(Rupees ten thousand three hundred and fifty only) to Sri J.Satyanarayana, Asst.
Secretary to Govt.,(Retd), Agriculture and Cooperation Department, towards
reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him towards his wife’s treatment
for “DM & LV Dysfunction” on 10-12-2011, at Care Hospitals, Nampally, Hyderabad.
2. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to the Head of Account
“3451-Secretariat Economic Services--090--Secretariat--018--Agriculture &
Cooperation Department--010-Salaries—017- Medical Reimbursement”.
3. The Agriculture and Cooperation (Claims) Department are requested to draw
and disburse an amount of Rs.10,350/- (Rupees ten thousand three hundred and
fifty only) to the individual.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (F.W.) Department as
per rules in force.
