ORDER:
In the references 4th & 5th read above, Devnar Foundation for the Blind,
Hyderabad has been requested to print and supply of 1850 Nos. of Braille Ballot
Papers and 1850 Nos. of Self Adhesive Stickers in Brailee for conduct of Bye-
elections to 07-Adilabad, 16-Kamareddy, 74-Mahabubnagar, 81-Nagarkurnool, 85-
Kollapur, 99-Ghanpur (Station) (SC), 235-Kovur Legislative Assembly Constituencies
held on 18-03-2012.
2. In the reference 5th read above, while furnishing the bill for an amount of
Rs.24,064/- the Chairman, Devnar Foundation for the Blind, Hyderabad has stated
that as per the letter 2nd read above, they have printed and supplied Braille Ballot
Paper as per the lists of contestants furnished and handed over the same to the
Collectors & District Election Officers concerned and requested for settlement of
payment.
3. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord sanction for
an amount of Rs.22,019/- (Rupees Twenty two thousand and nineteen only) to the
Chairman, Devnar Foundation for the Blind, Hyderabad towards the cost of printing
and supplying of 1850 Nos. of Braille Ballot Papers and 1850 Nos. of Self Adhesive
Stickers in Brailee for conduct of Bye-elections to seven Assembly Constituencies
held on 18-03-2012.
4. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to “2015
Elections – M.H. 106 Charges for conduct of Elections to State Legislature - S.H.
(04) Legislative Assembly - 130 Office Expenses / 132 Other Office Expenses”
in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation orders and shall be met
from out of the additional funds provide in G.O. 3rd read above.
5. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw the
amount sanctioned in para 3 above and credited in favour of “Devnar Foundation for
the Blind, Hyderabad” A/c.No103301000006337, Indian Overseas Bank,
Marredpally Branch-1033, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, IFSC Code:IOBA0001033
and MICR No. 500020011.

6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per the
orders issued in G.O. 3rd read above.
