GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (ELECTIONS.C) DEPARTMENT G.O.Rt.No: 1402 Dated: 27.03.2011. Read:- ECI, New Delhi Letter No.51/8/6/2012-EMS/142, dated 14.03.2012 *** O R D E R: Post-facto sanction is hereby accorded to Sri V.Venkateswara Rao, Additional Chief Electoral Officer & Joint Secretary to Government and Sri D.Chiranjivi, Project Manager (IT), G.A (Elecs) Department to proceed to New Delhi by morning flight i.e., on 24.03.2012 and return to Hyderabad by evening flight on 26.03.2012 to attend meeting in the Office of Deputy Election Commission, ECI on 24.03.2012 in connection with availability of EVMs and data entry thereof in the State. They are entitled to draw D.A. as per rules in force. According to orders of Chief Secretary to Govt., an officer may be deputed in connection with Election work in the cadre of Section Officer and above to E.C.I., New Delhi and return by air, vide C.S.Peshi No.1603 dated 07.03.2009. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “2015 Elections – MH– MH-103 Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls – SH(04) Assembly and Parliamentary Constituencies – 110 Domestic Travel Expenses – 111 Travelling Allowances” and shall be met out of the funds provided in B.E. 2011-2012. 3. The above officers are requested to settle the claim by submitting a detailed T.A. Bill within the prescribed time limit. 4. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw the amount and disburse to the individual. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department under the orders in force.
