Memo.No.7364/218/A1/BG-I/2011, dt:15-03-2012 of Finance (BG.I) Department. * * * ORDER: In the reference 4th & 5th read above, an amount of Rs.85,00,000/- & Rs.8,85,000/- respectively has been released to the Collector & District Election Officer, Nellore to meet the expenditure for conduct of Bye-elections to 235-Kovur Assembly Constituency held on 18-03-2012. 2. In the letter 6th read above, the Collector & District Election Officer, Nellore has requested to allot additionally an amount of Rs.21,66,550/- under sub-detailed head 130/132 Other Office Expenses or requested to release under sub-detailed head 110 /111 Travelling Allowance to meet the expenditure incurred towards conduct of Bye- elections to 235-Kovur AC held on 18-03-2012. 3. In pursuance of the orders issued in G.O. 3rd read above, sanction is hereby accorded for release of an amount of Rs. 16,50,000-00 (Rupees Sixteen lakhs fifty thousand only) to the Collector & District Election Officer, Nellore to meet the expenditure incurred in connection with Bye-elections to the 235-Kovur Assembly Constituency in Andhra Pradesh State to be held on 18-03-2012. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-3 above shall be debited to ““2015 Elections – M.H. 106 Charges for conduct of Elections to State Legislature- S.H. (04) Legislative Assembly – 110 Domestic Travel Expenses / 111 Travelling Allowance” and shall be met from the additional provided vide G.O. 2nd read above in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation and Treasury Control orders pending provision of funds by way of obtaining of Supplementary grants during the current financial year 2011-12. The Collector & District Election Officer, Nellore is requested to ensure that funds are used only for the purpose for which it has been sanctioned, with due attention to consideration of economy and efficiency and shall submit expenditure particulars to Government immediately. 7.
