From DEO & Collector, Nizamabad Lr.No.H5/764/2012, dt:27-03-2012. * * * ORDER: In the reference 4th read above, an amount of Rs.85,00,000/- has been released to the Collector & District Election Officer, Nizamabad to meet the expenditure for conduct of Bye-elections to 16-Kamareddy Assembly Constituency held on 18-03-2012. 2. In the letter 6th read above, the Collector & District Election Officer, Nizamabad has submitted that the budget allotted in the reference 4th read above have been allotted to ARO / Tahsildar Kamareddy and he has submitted proposals for sanction of additional amount of Rs.48,00,000/- in various sub-detailed heads and therefore requested to release the same in sub-head wise to meet the expenditure incurred towards conduct of Bye-elections to 16-Kamareddy AC held on 18-03-2012. 3. In pursuance of the orders issued in G.O. 3rd read above, sanction is hereby accorded for release of an amount of Rs. 9,41,800-00 (Rupees Nine lakhs forty one thousand and eight hundred only) to the Collector & District Election Officer, Nizamabad to meet the expenditure incurred for conduct of Bye-elections to the 16-Kamareddy Assembly Constituency held on 18-03-2012 as detailed below: 110 /111 Travelling Allowance Rs.8,00,000/- 210/211 Materials and Supplies Rs.1,41,800/- Total Rs.9,41,800/- (Contd..2..)-2- 4. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-1 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections – M.H. 106 Charges for conduct of Elections to State Legislature- S.H. (04) Legislative Assembly” in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation and Treasury Control orders pending provision of funds by way of obtaining of Supplementary grants during the current financial year 2011-12. 5. The Collector & District Election Officer, Nizamabad is requested to ensure that funds are used only for the purpose for which it has been sanctioned, with due attention to consideration of economy and efficiency and shall submit expenditure particulars to Government immediately. 6. The District Treasury Officer, Nizamabad is requested to admit the bills in audit to the extent of funds now released vide Memo 5th read above. 7. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (Expr.GAD-I) Department vide G.O 3rd read above.
