From DEO & Collector, Nizamabad Lr.No.H5/764/2012, dt:27-03-2012. * * * ORDER: In the letter 6th read above, the Collector & District Election Officer, Nizamabad has requested for sanction of additional amount in various sub-detailed heads to meet the expenditure incurred towards conduct of Bye-elections to 16-Kamareddy AC held on 18-03-2012. 2. In pursuance of the orders issued in G.O. 3rd read above, sanction is hereby accorded for release of an amount of Rs. 17,73,800-00 (Rupees Seventeen lakhs seventy three thousand eight hundred only) to the Collector & District Election Officer, Nizamabad to meet the expenditure incurred in the financial year 2011-12 under the Head of Accounts as detailed below: 2015-103 - Preparation G.O.Rt.No. 3835, 130 /132 OOE Rs.8,00,000/- and Printing of Electoral Fin. (Expr.GAD-I) 130 / 134 HPV Rs.1,50,000/- Rolls – SH (04) Dept., 240 POL Rs.5,40,000/- Assembly and dt:19-10-2011 280/284 OP Rs. 35,800/- Parliamentary Sub-total Rs.15,25,800 Constituencies 2015-103 - Preparation B.E. 2011-12 210/211 M & S Rs.2,48,000/- and Printing of Electoral Rolls – SH (04) Assembly and Parliamentary Constituencies Grand Total 17,73,800/- (Contd..2..)-2- 3. The expenditure of Rs.17,73,800/- sanctioned in Para-3 above shall be debited as Rs.15,25,800/- under “2015 Elections – M.H. 103 Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls - S.H. (04) Assembly and Parliamentary Constituencies” shall be met from the additional funds provided vide G.O. 3rd read above in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation and Treasury Control orders pending provision of funds by way of obtaining of Supplementary grants during the current financial year 2011-12 and Rs.2,48,000/- shall met from the funds provided in B.E. 2011-12 under “2015 Elections – M.H. 103 Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls - S.H. (04) Assembly and Parliamentary Constituencies – 210 Supplies and Materials / 211 Materials and Supplies” . 4. The Collector & District Election Officer, Nizamabad is requested to ensure that funds are used only for the purpose for which it has been sanctioned, with due attention to consideration of economy and efficiency and shall submit expenditure particulars to Government immediately. 5. The District Treasury Officer, Nizamabad is requested to admit the bills in audit to the extent of funds now released vide Memo 7th read above. 6. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (Expr.GAD-I) Department vide G.O 3rd read above.
