O R D E R:
In the letter 7th read above, the Collector & District Election Officer, Anantapur
has requested for an additional amount of Rs.20,00,000/- required in various sub-
detailed heads for clearing of pending bills of 2011-12.
2. Government, after examination, hereby accord sanction for release of an amount
of Rs.16,50,000/- (Rupees Sixteen lakhs fifty thousand only) to the Collector & District
Election Officer, Anantapur as additional funds as detailed below for clearing the
pending bills for 2011-12 in connection with Special Summary Revision of Photo
Electoral Roll with reference to 01-01-2012 as the qualifying date.
110/111 Travelling Allowance Rs.2,00,000/-
130/132 Other Office Expenses Rs. 50,000/-
130/134 Hiring of Pvt. Vehicles Rs.2,00,000/-
210/211 Materials & Supplies Rs.8,00,000/-
240 Petrol, Oil & Lubricants Rs.4,00,000/-
Total: Rs.16,50,000/-
3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-2 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections
– M.H. 108 Issue of Photo Identity Cards to Voters – S.H (04) Photo Identity Cards
to Voters” and shall be met from the funds provided in B.E. 2010-11.
4. The Collector & District Election Officer, Anantapur is requested to regulate the
expenditure to the extent of funds now allotted.

5. The Collector & District Election Officer, Anantapur is requested to ensure that
funds are used only for the purposes for which it has been sanctioned, with due
attention to consideration of economy and efficiency and shall submit expenditure
particulars to Government immediately.
6. The District Treasury Officer, Anantapur is requested to admit the bills in audit to
the extent of funds now sanctioned and released in relaxation of orders in the reference
6th read above.
7. This order doses not require the concurrence of Finance (Expr.GAD-I)
Department.
