Collector, LA letter dt. 9.3.2012 & 17.3.2012. * * * * * ORDER: In the reference first read above, Sri K. Manicka Raj, IAS (AP:2005) has informed that he has applied for the post of State Representative, National Rural Livelihood Mission. The Member of Service has further informed that he has been selected for the post of State Representative and requested the Government to permit him to enter into a service contract with UNDP. In the reference second read above, the State Government have requested the Government of India to covey its cadre clearance for the foreign assignment of the Member of Service with the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), UNDP in Jammu & Kashmir. In the reference third read above, the Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pension, Department of Personnel and Training, New Delhi have conveyed the approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) for the foreign assignment of Sri K. Manicka Raj, IAS (AP:2005) as State Representative with the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), UNDP in Jammu & Kashmir for a period of one year. 2. In the reference fourth read above, Sri K. Manicka Raj, IAS (AP:2005) has requested to permit him to enter into service contract with UNDP and also requested to relieve him from the State Cadre with effect from 24.3.3012 to take up the foreign assignment as State Representative under the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), UNDP in Jammu & Kashmir for a period of one year . 3. The State Government hereby permit Sri K. Manicka Raj, IAS (AP:2005) presently working as Project Director & Special Collector, LA, Outer Ring Road Project to proceed on foreign assignment with the National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM), UNDP in Jammu and Kashmir as State Representative, for a period of one year with immediate effect. The Metropolitan Commissioner, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority is requested to make full additional charge arrangements for the post of Project Director & Special Collector, LA, Outer Ring Road Project to enable Sri K.
