In the circumstances reported by the Executive Engineer (R&B), EBD, Hyderabad in the reference read above and after careful examination of the matter, administrative sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of`.54,000/- (Rupees Fifty four thousand only) for renovation of toilet of Room No.412 and colouring in Room No.312 of J-Block in the premises of Secretariat on the responsibility of the Executive Engineer (R&B) EBD, Hyderabad subject to following standard procedures and also subject to production of work done certificate at the time of issue of LOC. 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account “2059 Public works - 01 Office buildings - MH 053 Maintenance and repairs – SH(10) Buildings of General Administration Department - 270 Minor works - 272 Maintenance” 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance & Planning (FW) Department in terms of circular Memo.No.7088/049/A/BG/2000-1, dated 25.10.2002.
