In the circumstances reported by the Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Buildings Hyderabad in the reference read above and after examination of the matter administrative sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of `.13.50 (Rupees Thirteen lakhs Fifty thousand only) for the work mentioned at para (1) above in the premises of A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad on the responsibility of Engineer-in-Chief (R&B) Buildings, Hyderabad and subject to following due procedure and aslo to production of the work done certificate at the time of issue of L.O.C. 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account “2059 Public works - 01 Office buildings - MH 053 Maintenance and repairs – SH(10) Buildings of General Administration Department - 270 Minor works - 272 Maintenance” 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as per rules in force.
