O R D E R:-
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.600/- (Rupees
six hundred only) to Sri J.Satyanarayana, Asst. Secretary to Govt.,(Retd),
Agriculture and Cooperation Department, towards reimbursement of medical
expenses incurred by him towards his wife’s treatment for “DM & LV Dysfunction”
at Government Civil Dispensary, A.P. Secretariat, Hyderabad.
2. The amount sanctioned above shall be debited to the Head of Account
“3451-Secretariat Economic Services--090--Secretariat--018--Agriculture &
Cooperation Department--010-Salaries—017- Medical Reimbursement”.
3. The Agriculture and Cooperation (Claims) Department are requested to draw
and disburse an amount of Rs.600/- (Rupees six hundred only) to the individual.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (F.W.) Department as
per rules in force.
