Raju, Car Driver, bill dated: 01-02-2012. ** O R D E R : Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs. 18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen thousand only) to Sri Abhay Laxman Jogdand, Car Owner, Hyderabad, towards hiring charges for TATA Indicab Car bearing No. MH 14 AH 5090 for the period from 01- 01-2012 to 31-01-2012for the official use of Special Secretary to Government, Agriculture and Cooperation Department. 2. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to “3451 – Secretariat Economic Service –MH 090 – Secretariat – SH 18 – Agriculture and Cooperation Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 134 – Hiring of Private Vehicles”. 3. The Agriculture & Cooperation (OP.II/Claims) Department are requested to draw and credit for an amount of Rs. 18,000/- in favour of Sri S. Raju, Account No 860110100012852, Bank of India, Basheer Bagh Branch, Hyderabad Car Driver, who has taken an authorization from the car owner for receiving hire charges. 4.
