G.O.Rt.No.1977, Fin. (Expr.GAD-I) Dept., dt:07-05-2011. 2. Finance Dept. Memo No.9535/879/A1/BG-I/2011, Finance (BG-I) Department, dt.14-10-2011. 3. Govt. Memo.No.7364/218/A1/BG-I/2011, dt:15-03-2012 of Finance (BG.I) Department. 4. From Collector & DEO., Kadapa Fax Msg.No.H3/1708/2011, dt:27-03-2012. --:o0o:-- O R D E R: In the letter 4th read above, the Collector & District Election Officer, Kadapa has requested for sanction of an additional amount of Rs.44,63,600/- required for payment of remuneration to BLOs and Data Entry Operators. 2. Government, after examination, hereby accord sanction for release of an amount of Rs.17,80,000/- (Rupees Seventeen lakhs eighty thousand only) to the Collector & District Election Officer, Kadapa for making payment of remuneration to BLOs for 3rd quarter and the remaining shall paid to the Data Entry Operators. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-2 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections – M.H. 105 –Charges for Conduct of Elections to Parliament – SH(04)Lok Sabha-280 Professional Services/284- Other payments” and shall be met from the additional funds provided in G.O. first read above. 4. The Collector & District Election Officer, Kadapa is requested to regulate the expenditure to the extent of funds now allotted. (Contd..2…)-2- 5. The Collector & District Election Officer, Kadapa is requested to pay the remuneration to the BLOs for the 3rd Quarter and the remaining amount to the Data Entry Operators. The balance required amount will be released during the next financial year. 6. The District Treasury Officer, Kadapa is requested to admit the bills in audit to the extent of funds now sanctioned and released in relaxation of orders in the reference 1st & 2nd read above. 7. This order doses not require the concurrence of Finance (Expr.GAD-I) Department.
