From DEO & Collector, Adilabad Lr.No.H4/967/2012, dt:27-03-2012. * * * ORDER: In the letter 6th & 7th read above, the Collector & District Election Officer, Adilabad has requested for sanction of additional amount of Rs.51,70,000/- (Rs.29,20,000/- and Rs.22,50,000/-) in various sub-detailed heads to meet the expenditure incurred towards Special Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls, 2012 and for Bye-elections to 07-Adilabad AC held on 18-03-2012. 2. In pursuance of the orders issued in G.O. 3rd read above, sanction is hereby accorded for release of an amount of Rs. 22,20,000-00 (Rupees Twenty two lakhs twenty thousand only) to the Collector & District Election Officer, Adilabad to clear the pending bills incurred in respect of SSR, 2012 and Bye-elections to the 07-Adilabad Assembly Constituency held on 18-03-2012. 2015-108 – Issue of B.E. 2011-12 210/211 M & S Rs.8,50,000/- Photo Identity Cards to Voters – SH (04) Photo 240 POL Rs.4,70,000/- Identity Card to Voters Sub-total Rs.13,20,000/- 2015-103 - Preparation G.O.Rt.No. 3835, 130 / 134 HPV Rs.9,00,000/- and Printing of Electoral Fin. (Expr.GAD-I) Rolls – SH (04) Dept., Assembly and dt:19-10-2011 Parliamentary Constituencies Grand Total 22,20,000/- (Contd..2..)-2- 3. The expenditure of Rs.22,20,000/- sanctioned in Para-2 above shall be debited as Rs.13,20,000/- under “2015 Elections – M.H. 108 Issue of Photo Identity Cards to Voters - S.H. (04) Photo Identity Cards to Voters” shall met from the funds provided in B.E. 2011-12 and Rs.9,00,000/- shall be met from the additional funds provided vide G.O. 3rd read above in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation and Treasury Control orders pending provision of funds by way of obtaining of Supplementary grants during the current financial year 2011-12 under “2015 Elections – M.H. 103 Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls - S.H. (04) Assembly and Parliamentary Constituencies – 130 Office Expenses / 134 Hiring of Private Vehicles”. 4. The District Treasury Officer, Adilabad is requested to admit the bills in audit to the extent of funds now released in relaxation of orders issued vide Memos 1st & 5th read above. 5. The Collector & District Election Officer, Adilabad is requested to ensure that funds are used only for the purpose for which it has been sanctioned, with due attention to consideration of economy and efficiency and shall submit expenditure particulars to Government immediately. 6.
