ORDER:-
In the G.Os. 1st to 3rd read above, administrative sanction has been
accorded for an amount of Rs.300 Lakhs towards the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th
quarters B.E. provision of 2011-12 for construction of A.C.B.
Headquarters Office Building complex.
2. The Director General, A.C.B., Hyderabad, in the letter 4th read
above has requested to provide additional budget of Rs.206.00 Lakhs over
and above the B.E. 2011-12 being the balance amount (Rs.14.12 Crores –
Rs.12.06 Crores) and issue Budget Release Order for Rs.206.00 Lakhs in
relaxation of restrictions on expenditure.
3. In the G.O 5th read above, the Finance (Expr.GAD.I) Department
have issued a Budget Release Order for Rs.62.00 Lakhs (Rupees sixty two
Lakhs only) as additional funds under Plan for construction of ACB
Building at Hyderabad, in relaxation of Quarterly Regulation and Treasury
Control Orders pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary
Grant during 2011-12, as detailed below and requested to issue
Administrative sanction as per the instructions issued in U.O. Note
No.29875–A/1283/A1/BG.1/2006, Finance (BG.I)Dept, dated 25.11.2006

4. In pursuance of the orders issued by Finance (Exp.GAD.I)
Department in the G.O. 5th read above, administrative sanction is hereby
accorded for an amount of Rs.62.00 Lakhs (Rupees sixty two Lakhs only)
as additional funds under Plan for construction of ACB Headquarters
Office Building Complex at Hyderabad.
5. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (4) above shall be debited to the
Head of Account, “4070 – Capital Outlay on Other Administrative Services
- MH.800 - Other Expenditure GH.11 – Normal State Plan SH (12) –
Construction of Buildings for Anti Corruption Bureau 530/531 – Other
Expenditure”.
6. The Director General, Anti Corruption Bureau, Hyderabad shall
follow the procedure prescribed for execution of works, payments and
accounting in G.O.Ms.No.278, Finance (TFR.I) Dept., Dt.22-09-2006 and
G.O.Ms.No.297, Finance (TFR.I) Dept., Dt.10-10-2006, while incurring the
expenditure on the construction of Headquarters Office building complex
for Anti-Corruption Bureau.
7. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.GAD.I) Dept
vide their U.O.No.6866/168/Exp.GAD.I/12, Dt.28-03-2012.
