He is entitled to draw D.A. as per rules in force. 2. The expenditure relating to D.A. and other miscellaneous charges shall be debited to the Head of Account “2015 Elections – M.H.102 Electoral Officers – S.H.(01)Headquarters Officers – 120 Foreign Travel Expenses– 121 Foreign Travel Expenses” and shall be met out of the funds provided in the reference 5th read above. 3.
