ABSTRACT
Cooperation Department –Extension of term of the Person-in-Charge Committees of
Magam PACS, Muthyalapalem PACS, Vilasa PACS and Katrenipadu PACS for a
further period of 1 year from 26.02.2011 to 25.02.2012, 13.02.2011 to 12.02.2012,
27.04.2011 to 26.04.2012 and from 19.03.2011 to 18.03.2012 respectively, under
Section 32(7) (a) (i) of A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 – Orders – Issued.

Societies, AP., Hyderabad Lr.Rc.No.17274/2009/PC-II, dated 21.11.2011.

ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar
of Cooperative Societies, AP., Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, Government
after careful examination of the proposal hereby extend the term of the Person-in-
Charge Committees of Magam PACS, Muthyalapalem PACS, Vilasa PACS and
Katrenipadu PACS for a further period of 1 year from 26.02.2011 to 25.02.2012;
13.02.2011 to 12.02.2012; 27.04.2011 to 26.04.2012 and from 19.03.2011 to
18.03.2012 respectively or till the elections are conducted and newly elected Managing
Committee assumes charge whichever is earlier under Section 32(7) (a) (i) of A.P.
Cooperative Societies Act, 1964.
2. The Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, AP.,
Hyderabad is directed to take necessary action accordingly.
