Cooperation Department –Extension of term of the Person-in-Charge Committee of
Devapudi PACS, Mudinepalli Mandal Krishna District for a further period of (6)
months beyond 08.11.2011 i.e. from 09.11.2011 to 08.05.2012 under Section 32 (7) (a)
of the APCS Act, 1964 – Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar
of Cooperative Societies, AP., Hyderabad in the reference read above, Government after
careful examination of the proposal hereby extend the term of the Person-in-Charge
Committee of Devapudi PACS, Mudinepalli Mandal Krishna District for a further
period of (6) months beyond 08.11.2011 i.e. from 09.11.2011 to 08.05.2012under
Section 32 (7) (a) of the APCS Act, 1964 or till the elections are conducted and the
elected body assumes charge whichever is earlier.
2. The Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, AP.,
Hyderabad is directed to take necessary action accordingly.
