2. From the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission, Hyderabad
Lr.No.303/ADC/CT/2007, dated:14.02.2012.

ORDER:
In the letter 2nd read above, the Secretary, A.P.Public Service Commission
has requested for permission for hiring a private vehicle for the official use of
Secretary, A.P.Public Service Commission, Hyderabad for one more year i.e. from
01-03-2012 to 28-02-2013, as the earlier permission to hire vehicle in
G.O.Rt.No.5813, G.A (Ser.A) Dept, dt:27-12-2011 expired on 29.02.2012.
2. In the circumstances stated above, Government hereby accord permission to
the Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission to hire a private vehicle
for the official use for one year with effect from 01.03.2012 to 28.02.2013 in terms
of G.O.Ms.No.5, Finance & Planning (FW) Department, dated 4-1-1994 read with
Circular Memo No.30692/1116/A2/W&M/2002, dated:22-4-2003, wherein the hiring
charges including petrol, Driver batta and maintenance charges with a converge of
2500 KMs per month are fixed, Subject to meeting the expenditure within the
Budget Provision.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their
U.O.No.5607/133/Expr.GAD-I/12, dated: 26.03.2012.
