Read:- Letter received from the President / General Secretary, APNGOs’ Association, Dt.2-2-2012. *** O R D E R : In the reference read above, the President / General Secretary, APNGOs’ Association, have requested the Government to sanction an amount of Rs.5.00 Lakhs (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the APNGOs’ Association for celebration of International Women’s Day and Sports and Games from 02-3-2012 to 06-3-2012 and Valedictory function on 12-3-2012 in the premises of APNGOs’ Home, Gunfoundry, Hyderabad. 2. The Government, after cafeful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.5.00 Lakhs (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the President, APNGOs’ Association, NGOs’ Home, Gunfoundry, Hyderabad for celebration of International Women’s Day, Sports and Games etc., for the Women Employees working in Twin Cities and R.R. District from 02.3.2012 to 06.3.2012 and valedictory function on 12.3.2012. 3. The President / General Secretary, APNGOs’ Association, NGOs’ Home, Gunfoundry, Hyderabad shall submit the Utilization Certificate and Audited Statement of Accounts along with bills/vouchers by 15.4.2012. 4. The amount sanctioned in para (2) above shall be debited to the Head of account of“2070-Other Administrative Services M.H.800-Other Expenditure SH(05) – Charges in connection with State function 310: Grants-in-aid 312-Other Grants-in-aid”. 5. The G.A. (Claims.C) Department is requested to draw and disburse the amount the amount sanctioned in para (2) above to the A.P.N.G.Os’ Association, Hyderabad, Account No.161601000000051, Indian Overseas Bank, Abids branch, Hyderabad (IFSC Code: IOBA0001616 and MICR Code: 500020022 ) under intimation to General Administration (SW.II) Department. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.GAD.I) Department vide thier U.O.No. No.5844/137/ Exp.GAD.I/12, dt.14-3-2012. 7.
