Read:- Letter received from the President / General Secretary, Telangana Non-Gazetted Officers’ Central Union, Hyd. dt. 17-1-2012. *** O R D E R: In the letter read above, the President/ General Secretary, the TNGO Central Union, Hyderabad have requested for sanction of Rs.5.00 Lakhs (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to their organization for celebrating International Women’s Day, Sports and Games and other programmes for women employees from 7-3-2012 to 9-3-2012, at Hyderabad in a befitting manner. 2. The Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction of a grant of Rs.5.00 Lakhs (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the President, TNGOs Central Union, Hyderabad for celebration of International Women’s Day and Sports, Games and other programmes at Hyderabad from 7-3-2012 to 9-3-2012. 3. The President / General Secretary, TNGOs Central Union, Telangana Bhavan, Hyderabad shall submit the original vouchers, ‘Utilization Certificate’ and Audited Statement of Accounts along with bills/vouchers by 15.4.2012. 4. The amount sanctioned in para (2) above shall be debited to the Head of Account of “2070-Other Administrative Services M.H.800-Other Expenditure SH(05) – Charges in connection with State function 310: Grants-in-aid 312-Other Grants-in-aid”. 5. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department, shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (2) above to the Telangana Non-Gazetted Officers’ Central Union, Account No. 52194004358, State Bank of Hyderabad, Exhibition Grounds branch, Hyderabad (IFSC Code: SBHY0020065 and MICR Code: 500004016 ) under intimation to General Administration (SW.II) Department. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.GAD.I) Department vide their U.O. No.5845/136/Exp.GAD.I/12, Dt.14-3-2012. 7.
