From the CC&RCS, A.P., Hyd., Lr.Rc.No. 15524/2009 RESCO dt. 20-1-2012 --00— ORDER:- In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies, A.P., Hyderabad, in the reference 2nd read above and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 32 (7) (a) (i) of the APCS Act, 1964, Government hereby extend the term of the Non- Official Person -in-Charge Committee to the Cheepurupally Rural Electric Cooperative Society Ltd., Cheepurupally , Vizianagaram for a further period of six months beyond 31-1-2012 under Section 32 (7) (a) (i) read with section 123 of the APCS Act, 1964 to manage the affairs of the Cheepurapally Rural Electric Cooperative Society Ltd., Cheepurapally, Vizianagaram District or till the elections are conducted which ever is earlier. 2.
