Application received from Sri K.Obanna, working on deputation as Office Subordinate in the peshi of the Minister for Medical & Health, dt: 12.12.2011 4. Govt. Lr. No.38968/OP.II/2011-2,dt. 08-02-2012. 5. From the Civil Surgeon, AP Secretariat Dispensary, Hyderabad Ref.No.346/CDS/2012, Dated.16.03.2012. ***** ORDER:- In the reference 3rd read above, the Director, Global Hospitals Hyderabad, has been requested to extend Master health check up on credit basis to Sri K.Obanna, Office Subordinate, working on deputation in the peshi of the Minister for Medical & Heath and to send the bills for settlement. The Director, Global Hospitals has forwarded the bills towards treatment given to Sri K.Obanna, Office Subordinate working on deputation in the peshi of the Minister for Medical & Health. The Civil Surgeon Specialist has scrutinized the bills and recommended an amount of Rs. 3000/- as net admissible amount. 2. Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousands only) to the Director, Global Hospitals, Hyderabad towards the treatment given to Sri K.Obanna, Office Subordinate working on deputation in the peshi of the Minister for Medical & Health, for the Master health checkup obtained at Global Hospitals, Hyderabad on 26.12.2011. 3. The expenditure shall be debited to “3451- Secretariat Economic Services - MH 090 - Secretariate, SH(08) – Personal Staff attached to the Ministers - 017 Medical Reimbursement”. . The above amount has not been sanctioned previously. 4. The General Administration (Claims B) Department are requested to credit the amount sanctioned at para.2, in favour of “Ravindranath GE Medical Associates Pvt.Ltd. (Account No.043702000005287), Indian Overseas Bank, Lakdikapool, Hyderabad. 5. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department.
