State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, Smt. K.Kameswari, Section Officer (SO line), Planning Department is temporarily promoted as Asst. Secretary to Government in the scale of pay of Rs.23650-650-25600-700-27700-750-29950-800-32350-850-34900-900- 37600-970-40510-1040-43630-1110-46960-1200-49360 in the Revised Pay Scales, 2010 with immediate effect and posted to General Administration (GPM&AR) Department in the existing vacancy. 2. The above temporary promotion is on ad-hoc basis and subject to outcome of WPs/WAs/CAs/RPs/OAs etc., if any, pending before the Tribunal / Courts. The individual is liable to be reverted as Section Officer at any time without notice and without assigning any reasons therefor. She is not entitled to any preferential claim to future appointments basing on the service rendered in the promoted category. 3. The Section Officer appointed as Assistant Secretary to Government in para (1) above should join the post within 15 days from the date of the receipt of the order of appointment. If she fail to join the post within stipulated period of 15 days or evade to join the post by proceeding on leave or otherwise, the officer’s appointment shall be treated as automatically cancelled and the name of the candidate shall be deemed to have been omitted from the list of approved candidates and she shall forfeit the right of appointment for the present panel for the post of Asst. Secretary to Government in terms G.O.Ms.No.145, G.A.(Services) Department, dated.15.06.2004. 4. The Departments concerned shall take necessary further action accordingly.
