In the circumstances reported by the Executive Engineer (R&B), EBD., Hyderabad in the reference read above and after careful examination of the matter, administrative sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of `.1,50,000/-(Rupees One lakh fifty thousand only) for three civil estimates i.e., (i) Additional certain civil works in the Chambers of Hon’ble Minister for Minorities Welfare, Room No.810, 8th Floor of J- Block, (ii) Aluminum fully glazed window & aluminum fully glazed Main Door in the Chambers of Hon’ble Minister for Registration & Stamps, 6th floor of J-Block and (iii) Aluminum partition doors and skirting with vitrified tiles in the Chambers of Hon’ble Minister for Registration & Stamps, 6th floor of J-Block, in the premises of A.P.Secretariat, on the responsibility of the Executive Engineer (R&B), EBD., Hyd, subject to following standard procedure and also subject to production of work done certificate at the time of issue of LOC. 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account “2059 Public works - 01 Office buildings – MH 053 Maintenance and repairs – SH (10) Buildings of Genl.Admn.Dept. – 270 Minor works – 272 Maintenance”. 4.
