Travels, R.R.District, Letter dated 30.03.2012. *** O R D E R: Sanction is accorded for hiring two TATA Indica Cars on monthly basis for a period of one year or the need ceases which ever is earlier at the rate of Rs.18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen thousand only) per month for the official use of OSD.I and OSD.II to Chief Minister, General Administration Department w.e.f. 02.04.2012. M/s.R.N.R. Travels, Ranga Reddy District, who is the sole owner shall supply the vehicles on the following terms and conditions: 1. Monthly hire charges upto 2500 K.M. per month including Fuel cost, repairs and Driver batta etc. : Rs.18,000/- 2. If the vehicle give trouble, alternate arrangements Has to be provided. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to the Head of Account “2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH 090 Secretariat – SH (04 ) – Genl. Admn. Department – 130 – Office Expenses – 134 – Hiring of Private Vehicles”. 3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.9311/4/DCM.II/012, dated 13.02.2012.
