Secretariat Association, dt.Nil. **** ORDER: The President, AP Secretariat Association in his representation 3rd read above, has requested to release the Annual Sports Grant of Rs.6.50 Lakhs to the Association for the year 2011-12. 2. The Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby sanction Annual Sports Grant of Rs.6.50 Lakhs (Rupees Six Lakhs Fifty thousand Only) to the AP Secretariat Association, Hyderabad, for the year 2011-2012 towards Sports activities of the Association. 3. The Government direct that the amount sanctioned in para (2) above shall be utilized to strengthen / improve the sports infrastructure/ sports activities in the manner useful to the Employees of Secretariat. The President / Secretary, Andhra Pradesh Secretariat Association, Hyderabad, shall submit the Utilization Certificate and Audited Statement of Accounts along with Bills / Vouchers failing which action will be taken for recovery of the entire amount from the President / Secretary of the Association. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in Para (2) above shall be met from the Head of Account “2052- Sectt. Genl. Ser. - MH-090 - Secretariat - SH (12) - Assistance to A. P. Sectt. Ser. Assn. for Sports & Games – 310-Grant-in-Aid – 312– Other Grants-in-Aid” during the Financial Year 2011-12. 5. The General Administration (Claims. C) Department is requested to draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (2) above to the A P Secretariat Association, Hyderabad, Account No. SB 52088417721, IFSC Code-SBHY0020077, MICR Code: 500004056, State Bank of Hyderabad, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad. 7.
