From M/s Livewires Advertising Pvt., Ltd., Hyderabad Invoice No.Prod-334, dt:30-03-2012. *** ORDER: In the reference 5th read above, M/s Livewires Advertising Private Limited, Hyderabad have been requested to print and supply 3000 (three thousand ) books of “Instructions on Election Expenditure Monitoring” to General Administration (Elections) Department in connection with ensuing Bye-elections to eighteen Assembly Constituencies and one Parliamentary Constituency. Accordingly, the agency has printed and supplied the books and furnished the invoice for an amount of Rs.7,34,598/- as per their estimate vide reference 4th read above and requested for arranging payment. 2. After careful examination, Government hereby accord sanction for payment of Rs.7,34,598/- (Rupees Seven lakhs thirty four thousand five hundred and ninety eight only) to M/s Livewires Advertising Private Limited, Hyderabad towards the cost of Printing and Supplying 3000 (three thousand) books of “Instructions on Election Expenditure Monitoring” to General Administration (Elections) Department in connection with ensuing Bye-elections to eighteen Assembly Constituencies and one Parliamentary Constituency. 3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be debited to “2015 Elections - MH 103 Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls – SH (04) Assembly and Parliamentary Constituencies – 130 Office Expenses / 132 Other Office Expenses” and shall be met from the funds provided in B.E. 2011-12 and released vide G.O. 1st read above. 4. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw the amount sanctioned in para 2 above and credit in favour of “M/s Livewires Advertising Private Limited, Hyderabad” A/c.No.62204300977, State Bank of Hyderabad, Old Bowenpally Branch, Secunderabad IFSC code No: SBHY 0020812 and MICR No. 500004082.
