From the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad, Letter Rc.No.6695/E6.D/2010, dated.23-04-2011. **** O R D E R: In the letter 3rd read above, the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare has informed that Dr.B.Parvathi, Medical Officer, formerly Primary Health Centre, Sherlingampalli, Ranga Reddy District presently in-service P.G. in MS(OBG) at Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada has requested for sanction of study leave for one year with effect from 19-05-2011 to 18-05-2012. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare has sanctioned (2) years P.G. deputation for prosecuting D.G.O. previously and presently the individual has been selected for M.S. (OBG) as in-service candidate, and sanctioned (1) year of P.G. deputation, as the individual is eligible for only (3) years of P.G. deputation in the entire service in terms of G.O.Ms.No.260, HM&FW (E2) Department, dated 10-07-1997 read with G.O.Ms.No.719, HM&FW (E2) Department, dated 16-12-2003. Now the individual is requesting for sanction of study leave for the remaining one year of P.G. course period i.e., with effect from 19-05-2011 to 18-05-2012 to complete P.G. in MS (OBG). 2. The Government after examination of the proposal in terms of the orders issued in G.Os.1st and 2nd read above and also as per the clarification issued in Circular Memo No.13422/C/274/FR-I/2009, dated 21-05-2009, hereby sanction study leave (EOL without pay and allowances) for a period of one (1) year, i.e., from 19-05-2011 to 18-05-2012 to Dr.B.Parvathi, Medical Officer to continue P.G. in M.S. (OBG) at Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada. 3. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare shall take necessary action accordingly and make necessary entries in the Service Register of the individual.
