From the PAO, Hyderabad Lr.No.PAO/PAG.II/U.B/2011-12/ IPS/2893, dated 19.03.2012 ***** O R D E R: - In the reference 3rd read above, the Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad has stated that on verification of the service register of Sri K.Ramesh Naidu, IPS (SPS), Commandant 8th Battalions, APSP, Hyderabad is not entitled to surrender (15) days Earned Leave w.e.f. 2.1.2012 as permitted in the G.O.2nd read above at Sl.No.8, as he is not holding gap of 12 months from the previous surrender in terms of circular Memo.No.19383 /341/ FR.I/2011, dated 28.07.2011 issued in the reference 1st read above. He has therefore requested to revise the orders permitting the Member of Service to surrender (15) days Earned Leave w.e.f. 1.2.2012 instead of 2.1.2012. 2. In the circumstances stated by the Pay and Accounts Officer, Hyderabad Government in partial modification of orders issued in the reference 2nd read above hereby permit Sri K.Ramesh Naidu, IPS (SPS), Commandant 8th Battalions, APSP, Hyderabad, Sl.No.8 in the G.O.2nd read above to surrender Earned Leave for 15 days with effect from 1.2.2012 instead of 2.1.2012. 3.
