Nil. @@@@ ORDER: In the representation 1st read above, the President/Joint Secretary (Sports), TNGOs Union, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad has requested the Government to sanction an amount of Rs.5,600/- (Rupees Five thousand six hundred only) (i.e. Rs.700/- to and fro train at 1/3rd concession and Rs.4,900/- towards boarding and holding charges) to each player who are working in A.P. Secretariat to participate in the 19th National Veteran Table Tennis Championship 2012 held from 20-02-2012 to 24-02-2012 at Indoor Gymnasium, Paljor Stadium, Gangtok, Sikkim. In his further representation 2nd read above, he has nominated Sri B.Janaki Ramaiah, Spl. Category Steno, WCD & SC Dept., who participated in 19th National Veteran Table Tennis Championship 2012 held at Gangtok, Sikkim, as a Manager to the team and furnished his Bank Account No. etc., and also sanction expenditure and Special Casual Leave. 2. After careful examination, the Govt. hereby accord sanction of an amount of Rs.39,200/- (Rupees Thirty nine thousand and two hundred only) for 7 Players (Rs.5,600/- x 7 = Rs.39,200/-) working in A.P. Secretariat as mentioned in the Annexure to this order for having participated in the 19th National Veteran Table Tennis Championship 2012 held from 20-02-2012 to 24-02-2012 at Indoor Gymnasium, Paljor Stadium, Gangtok, Sikkim, and also accord post-facto sanction of Special Casual Leave for (7) days from 17-02-2012 to 25-02-2012. 3. The Government after careful consideration hereby post-fcato nominate Sri B.Janaki Ramaiah, Spl. Category Steno, WCD & SC Dept., who participated in 19th National Veteran Table Tennis Championship 2012 held at Gangtok, Sikkim, as a Manager to the team. The Manager of the team is authorized to draw and meet the expenses. 4. The expenditure sanctioned in para (2) above shall be debited to 2052- Secretariat Genl. Services - MH-090 - Secretariat - SH (12) - Assistance to A. P. Sectt. Service Assn. for Sports & Games – 310 -Grant-in-Aid – 312 – Other Grants- in-Aid” and shall be met from the current financial year budget provision of 2011-12. 5. The Manager of the team should submit the Participation Certificates and achievements in the event along with Utilization Certificate and accounts supported by the Original bills / vouchers including reservation charges (if Train tickets have to be surrendered at Railway Station, Xerox copies should be submitted compulsorily) etc., as mentioned above in triplicate for the amount sanctioned. (p.t.o):: 2 :: 6. The Manager of the team is also informed that the savings under one specific item shall not be utilized to meet any other item of expenditure. If any expenditure is not supported by original receipt, it will not be accepted and necessary action will be taken to recover the entire amount from the Manager. Failure to render accounts within stipulated period will be viewed seriously and disciplinary action will be taken against the Manager under C.C.A. rules besides recovering the entire advanced amount from monthly salary. 7. The Joint Secy. (Sports), TNGOS’ Union, Secretariat Branch, Hyderabad is directed to see that the Manager of the Team submits his Manager’s report. 8. The G. A. (Claims-C) Dept. shall draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (2) above to Sri B.Janaki Ramaiah, Spl. Category Steno, WCD & SC Dept., A.P. Secretariat who is nominated as Manager, 19th National Veteran Table Tennis Championship 2012 under intimation to G. A.
