In the circumstances reported by the Executive Engineer (R&B), EBD., Hyd in the reference read above and after careful examination of the matter, administrative sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of `.3,33,000/-(Rupees Three lakhs thirty three thousand only) for raising flooring in portico of North H-Block where APVC and COIs are functioning, in the premises of A.P.Secretariat, on the responsibility of the Executive Engineer (R&B), EBD., subject to following standard procedure and also subject to production of work done certificate at the time of issue of LOC. 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account “2059 Public works - 01 Office buildings – MH 053 Maintenance and repairs – SH (10) Buildings of Genl.Admn.Dept. – 270 Minor works – 272 Maintenance”. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance & Planning(FW) Dept., in terms of circular Memo.No.7088/049/A/BG/2000-1, dated 25.10.2002.
