From the G.A.(CoI-R) Dept., U.O.Note No.23/COI-R/2012, dated 4-2-2012. -o0o- ORDER: Whereas in the references 1st and 2nd read above, Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, I.A.S., Commissioner of Inquiries was appointed as Inquiry Authority to inquire into the charges framed against Sri A.Koti Reddy, Joint Director of Agriculture (Retd), Karimnagar district and Sri D.Aravinda Reddy, ADA (Retd), Jagtial, Karimnagar District. 2. The G.A (COI-R) Dept., vide reference 2nd read above, has informed that Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, I.A.S., COI was retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation on 31-12-2011 and requested to issue orders reassigning the above case to Sri Jitender, IPS (J), COI. 3. After careful examination of the matter the Disciplinary Authority in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Rule (2) of the Rule 20 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991, hereby appoints Sri Jitender, I.P.S., (J) Commissioner Inquiries as Inquiry Authority in place of Dr. Subhrendu Bhattacharya, I.A.S., Commissioner of Inquiries to inquire into the charges framed against Sri A.Koti Redy, JDA (Retd), Karimnagar District and Sri D.Aravinda Reddy, ADA (Retd), Jagtial, Karimnagar District.
