Road for damaged road surface, in the premises of A.P.Secretariat and requested to accord administrative sanction. 2. In the circumstances reported by the Superintending Engineer (R&B), Head Quarter Circle, Hyderabad in the reference read above and after careful examination of the matter, administrative sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of `.47,60,000/-(Rupees Forty seven lakhs sixty thousand only) for providing B.T. Road for damaged road surface, in the premises of A.P.Secretariat, on the responsibility of the Superintending Engineer (R&B), Head Quarter Circle, Hyderabad, subject to following standard procedure and also subject to production of work done certificate at the time of issue of LOC. 3. The expenditure shall be debited to the head of account “2059 Public works - 01 Office buildings – MH 053 Maintenance and repairs – SH (10) Buildings of Genl.Admn.Dept. – 270 Minor works – 272 Maintenance”. 4.
