The above said Gazetted Officers working in different categories and work places shall retire from service on attaining the age of superannuation during the year 2012, on the dates mentioned against their names. 3. The retirement of the individuals notified in this Notification shall be without prejudice to the disciplinary / prosecution cases and enquiries pending against them as on the date of their retirement and also subject to the condition that the disciplinary proceedings, if any, (P.T.O)::2:: instituted against them shall continue under article 351 (A) of pension code and Rule 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Revised Pension Rules, 1980, even after their retirement. 4. The Commissioner of AYUSH, A.P. Hyderabad shall take necessary action for relief of the individuals on the due date of retirement by making suitable administrative arrangements.
