Lr.No.557/CDS/12, dt. 24-03-2012. ***** ORDER In the circumstances stated in the references read above, Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount Rs.16,250/- (Rupees Sixteen thousand two hundred and fifty only) to Sri R.Srinivasa Rao working on deputation as Private Secretary to Minister for Co.operation towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred by him for the treatment of his father for CAD during the period from 11-02-2012 to 12-02-2012 at Star Hospitals, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, as recommended by the Civil Surgeon Specialist, Government Civil Dispensary, Secretariat, Hyd. The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been submitted by the individual. The amount now sanctioned above has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to “3451-Secretariat Economic Services-MH- 090- Secretariat– SH (08) Personal staff attached to the Ministers – (010) – Salaries - 017 allowances”. 3. The General Administration (Claims.A) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the individual. 4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department. 5.
