In the references 5th read above, Administrative Sanction has been accorded for an amount of Rs.1.32 Lakhs towards 2nd quarter, out of total provision of Rs.5.31 Lakhs of the B.E. 2011-12 under Non-Plan, for maintenance to the Institution of Andhra Pradesh Lokayukta. 3. In the reference 6th read above, the Finance (Expr.GAD.1) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.1.32 Lakhs (Rupees One lakh and thirty two thousand only) under non-plan towards 3rd quarter provision of the B.E. 2011-12 and requested the Genl.Admn.(Spl.C) Dept. to issue administrative sanction as per the instructions issued in U.O.Note No.29875-A/1283/A1/BG.1/2006, Finance (BG.1) Dept., Dt.25-11-2006. 4. In pursuance of the orders issued by the Finance (Expr.GAD.I) Department in the G.O. 6th read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Institution of A.P.Lokayukta for an amount of Rs.1.32 (Rupees one lakh thirty two thousand only) under Non-Plan for the 3rd quarter of the budget provision for the financial year 2011-12. 5. The expenditure sanctioned in Para 4 above, shall be debited to the head of account “2070 – Other Administrative Services - MH.104 – Vigilance S.H.(04) – Lokayukta / Upa Lokayukta – 270/272 – Maintenance”. 6. The Registrar, Institution of A.P. Lokayukta, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
