The Member of Service is having 300 + 2 days of Earned Leave at his credit after deducting the leave now sanctioned. 2. Under F.R.26(b)(ii), it is hereby certified that Sri Muddada Ravichandra, IAS (AP:1996) would have continued in the S.G. Scale of pay of I.A.S. but for his going on leave. 3.
