Dispensary, Hyd. lrNo.555/CDS/12, dt. 16-03-2012. *** ORDER:- In the circumstances represented in the reference 5th read above and in terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st to 4th read above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.21,136/- (Rupees Twenty one thousand one hundred and thirty six only) to Sri D.Rajeswar Reddy, Additional Private Secretary to the Minister for Finance for reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for treatment of himself at Care hospital for CAD during the period from 19-01-2011 to 24-01-2011. The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been submitted by the individual. The amount now sanctioned above has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to: 2052- Secretariat General Services – MH(090) Secretariat- SH(05) Personal Staff attached to the Ministers – (010)Salaries – (017) Medical Reimbursement. 3. The General Administration (Claims-B) Department shall draw and disburse the amount to the individual. 4.
