ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of
`.10,69,054/- (Rupees Ten lakhs sixty nine thousand & fifty four only)
to A.P.Central Power Distribution Corporation Limited, Hyderabad
towards electricity consumption charges for H.T. Connection No.HHDDCC--
667777 for the month of March, 2012.
2. The expenditure sanction in para-1 above shall be debited to the
Head of Account “2052-Secretariat General Services – 090-Secretariat
– SH (04)-General Administration Department – 130-Office Expenses –
133-Water & electricity charges”.
4. The General Administration (Claims.C) Dept., are requested to
draw and credit the said amount in favour of “AAO., Operation
Central Circle, Mint Compound, APCPDCL, Hyderabad” bearing
Account No.52117476084, IFSC Code No.SBHY0020066, State
Bank of Hyderabad, Gunfoundry.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance
Department as per the existing instructions on the subject.
