4) From VRM Auto Works, Secunderabad, Credit Bill No.1705,
dt.nil.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.4,500/- (Rupees Four
Thousand and Five Hundred only) to M/s VRM Auto Works, Secunderabad,
towards the cost of repairs/replacements to the Government Vehicle No. AP
9 CC 3802 being used by the Special Chief Secretary o Government
(GPM&AR).
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the
Head of Account “2052 – Sectt. General Services – MH 090 – Secretariat –
SH (04) General Administration Department – 510 – Maintenance of Office
vehicles.”
3. The Genl. Admn. (Claims.C) Department are requested to draw and
credit the amount to M/s.VRM Auto Works, Current A/c.
No.910020012065046, AXIS Bank, Secunderabad Branch, IFSC Code
UTIB0000068, MICR Code.500211005.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as
per the rules in vogue.
