From the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, AP., Hyderabad Lr.Rc.No.12649/2011/PC-2, dated 22.12.2011. &&& ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, AP., Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby extend the term of the Person-in- Charge Committee of Ramarajulanka PACS for a further period of 6 months from 10.12.2011 to 09.06.2012 or till the elections are conducted and newly elected Managing Committee assumes charge whichever is earlier, under Section 32 (7) (a) (i) of the APCS Act, 1964. 2.
