ORDER:
In accordance with the orders issued in the references 1st and 2nd read
above, sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of (Rs.1,77,813.27
+ Rs.22,194.30) = Rs.2,00,008/- (Rupees Two Lakh and eight only) to the
Administrative Officer, Police Transport Organisation, Hyderabad towards the cost of
P.O.L. supplied to the vehicles provided to the officers working in Chief Minister’s
Office and the Chief Secretary for the month of February, 2012.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para (1) above shall be debited to “2052 –
Secretariat General Services – MH (090) – Secretariat – SH (05) Personal Staff
attached to Ministers – 240 – Petrol, Oil and Lubricants”.
3. The General Administration (Claims-C) Department are requested to draw
the amount sanctioned in para 1 above and credit the same to A/c.No.52089945046
of Administrative Officer, Police Transport Organization, State Bank of Hyderabad,
Treasury Branch, Gunfoundry, IFSC Code: SBH40020916, MICR Code: 500004093.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (FW) Department as
per the rules in vogue.
