The Essentiality Certificate and the vouchers have been submitted by the individual. The amount now sanctioned has not been sanctioned and drawn earlier. 2. The expenditure shall be debited to : 2052 – Secretariat General Services – MH(090) Secretariat- SH(04) General Administration Department –(010)Salaries – (017) Medical Re-imbursement”. 3.
