In the circumstances reported by the Executive Engineer (R&B), EBD., Hyderabad in the reference read above and after careful examination of the matter, administrative sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of `.47,000/-(Rupees Forty seven thousand only) for renovation of toilet of Prl.Secretary (Accom), Room No.511, B-Block, 5th Floor, A.P.Secretariat, on the responsibility of the Executive Engineer (R&B), EBD., Hyderabad, subject to following standard procedure and also subject to production of work done certificate at the time of issue of LOC. 3.
