against Dr.E.Rajendra Prasad, Medical Officer (U/s), Primary Health Centre,
Penugollu, Visakhapatnam District - Placed under suspension - Reinstatement into
service pending disciplinary action – Orders – Issued.

2. Orders of Hon’ble APAT, Hyd., in MA 3411/2011 in
O.A.No.5925/2011, dated 20-01-2012, filed by Dr. E.Rajendra
Prasad, Medical Officer, PHC, Penugollu.

ORDER:
Whereas, an order placing Dr.E.Rajendra Prasad, Medical Officer, Primary
Health Centre, Penugollu, Visakhapatnam District under suspension was made by
the Government on 16-05-2011 on certain allegations of irregularities, in the
reference 1st read above.
2. After careful consideration of the orders of the APAT, Hyderabad in the
reference 2nd read above and in exercise of the powers conferred under clause (c) of
sub–Rule (5) of Rule 8 of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CC&A) Rules 1991,
Government hereby revoke the said order of suspension with immediate effect,
pending disciplinary action against him.
3. The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, A.P. Hyderabad shall take
further necessary action in the matter accordingly and report the action taken to
Government.
