ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of Rs.18,625/- (Rupees
Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty Five only) to M/s KUN
Automobiles (P) Ltd., Huderabad (Authorised Company workshop) towards
the cost of repairs/ replacements that were undertaken to the Government
Vehicle No. AP 12 D 3456 being used in the general pool of GAD.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the
Head of Account “2052 – Sectt. General Services – MH 090 – Secretariat –
SH (04) General Administration Department – 510 – Maintenance of Office
vehicles.”
3. The General Administration (Claims C) Department are requested to
draw and credit the amount sanctioned in para 1 above to the M/s.KUN
Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., A/C.No.52661010031590, Oriental Bank of Commerce,
Gandhi Nagar Branch, IFSC Code:ORBC 0105266, MICR Code:500022026.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as
per the rules in vogue.
