Maintenance and necessary repairs to CCTV equipments installed in 6th Floor,
C-Block for the period from 03.08.2011 to 02.08.2012 in the premises of
Secretariat - Sanction of expenditure – Orders – Issued.

Read the followings:-
1) Govt. Letter No. 16949/SB.I(A1)/2011-2 Dated 27-07-2011.
2) From M/s.Atluri & Co, Hyderabad Invoice No.473, dated 24.11.2011.

ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of
Rs.2,90,235.00 (Rupees Two lakh Ninety thousand two hundred and thirty
five only) to M/s. Atluri & Co, Hyderabad towards repairs and AMC charges
to CCTV equipments installed in 6th Floor, C-Block for the period from
03.08.2011 to 02.08.2012 in the premises of Secretariat, Hyderabad for the
period from 03.08.2011 to 02.08.2012.
2. The expenditure shall be debited to “2013 Council of Ministers – 800 –
Other expenditure – (04) – Other expenditure - 130 Office expenses – 132
Other Office expenses”
3. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department is requested to
draw and credit the said amount in favour of “M/s. Atluri & Co, Hyderabad”
bearing Account No.053313046000143, MICR Code No.500011040, IFSC
Code No.ANDB0000533, Andhra Bank, Hotel Sarovar Complex, Saifabad
Branch, Hyderabad.
4. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department as
rules in force.
