From the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad Letter Rc.No.37167/E1B/2011, dated.04-12-2011. *** O R D E R: In the letter 4th read above, the Director of Public Health & Family Welfare has stated that they have accorded sanction for P.G. deputation to Dr.G.Srinivasa Sagar, Medical Officer, Primary Health Centre, Madhanapur, Mahabubnagar under service quota in MS(Opth.) at Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad from 10-06-2010 to 09-06-2011 and salary is being drawn through District Medical & Health Officer, Mahabubnagar in any existing vacancy under his control. Government have issued promotion and posting orders to the above individual as Civil Surgeon Specialist (Opth.) and posted at Community Health Centre, Devarakonda, Nalgonda in the existing vacancy in G.O.Rt.No.1169, HM&FW (B1) Department, dated 03-09-2010. 2. Government in the letter 3rd read above, has directed the Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad, Hyderabad to relieve Dr.G.Srinivasa Sagar, Civil Surgeon Specialist (Opth.) from Community Health Centre, Devarakonda and permit him to continue his P.G. studies in M.S. (Opth) in Sarojinidevi Eye Hospital, Hyderabad until June, 2012. Accordingly, the Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad has relieved the individual to continue his P.G. studies by making local arrangements. Now, the Commissioner, A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad has requested to sanction the remaining P.G. lien leave period i.e. 10-06-2011 to 09-06-2012. 3. The Government after examination of the proposal in terms of orders issued in G.Os. 1st & 2nd read above and also as per the clarification issued in Circular Memo No.13422/C/274/FR-I/2009, dated 21-05-2009, hereby sanction study leave (EOL without pay and allowances) for a period of (1) year from 10-06-2011 to 09-06-2012 to Dr.G.Srinivasa Sagar, Civil Surgeon Specialist (Opth.), Area Hospital, Devarakonda, Nalgonda District to continue P.G. in M.S. (Opth.) at Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad. 4. The Director of Public Health & Family Welfare/Commissioner of A.P. Vaidya Vidhana Parishad shall take necessary action accordingly and make necessary entries in the Service Register of the incumbent.
