Burugupudi PACS and Modukuru PACS from 02.02.2012 to 01.08.2012 & 16.02.2012
to 15.08.2012 for a period of (6) months, under Section 32 (7) (a) (i) of the APCS Act,
1964 – Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar
of Cooperative Societies, AP., Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, Government
after careful examination of the proposal, hereby extend the term of the Person-in-
Charge Committees of Burugupudi PACS and Modukuru PACS from 02.02.2012 to
01.08.2012 & 16.02.2012 to 15.08.2012 respectively for a period of (6) months or till
the elections are conducted and newly elected Managing Committee assumes charge
whichever is earlier under Section 32 (7) (a) (i) of the APCS Act, 1964.
2. The Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, AP.,
Hyderabad is directed to take necessary action accordingly.
